Fees and Cancellation Policies

Boys Workshop Fees and Cancellation Policy

Fees

A non-refundable Registration Deposit of $150 is required for Workshops at the time of participant’s registration is submitted. The balance of all registration fees are due twenty-one (21) days prior to the scheduled workshop. All charges will be applied to the credit card provided with the participant’s registration.

 

Sibling Discount

For parents wishing to register additional children from the same family unit, a discount of 25% is available for siblings. Once one child is registered at full price, a 25% discount will applied to registrations for each subsequent child from the same family unit.  Participants are required to be registered for the same workshop to be eligible for this discount. The non-refundable Registration Deposit will only be charged once per family.

Registration Cancellation and Refunds

Registrants may cancel and receive a full refund of all funds paid minus the Registration Deposit if written notification is received at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the scheduled Workshop date. All cancellations must be submitted by email. Non-attendance at a workshop will not be grounds for any or partial refund/credits. No refund will be made if a cancellation is received less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the scheduled Workshop.

If for any reason, following the review of the registrants information it is determined by i-am-heart that the selected workshop is not recommended, all funds paid will be refunded in full.

Registrants who wish to cancel their enrollment are required to notify i-am-heart by emailing us  at info@iamheart.ca.

 

Workshop Cancellation

In an unlikely event that i-am-heart is required to reschedule or cancel a scheduled Workshop, Registrants will immediately receive a full refund of all funds paid including Registration Deposit, Workshop fees and any other paid funds.

Training Course Fees and Cancellation Policy

 

Fees

All fees must be paid in full prior to the training course date. One business day after the event date, accounts with remaining balances will be charged a one time administrative fee of $25.00 per person. This administrative fee is non-refundable

Registration Cancellation and Refunds

Registrants may cancel and receive a full refund of all funds if notification is received at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the scheduled training course date. All cancellations must be submitted by email. Non-attendance at a training course will not be grounds for any or partial refund/credits.  No refunds or credits under any circumstances for cancellation requests submitted less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event.

Registrants who wish to cancel their enrollment are required to notify i-am-heart by emailing us  at info@iamheart.ca.
